Why we built Lovie

Most apps start with a pitch. Lovie started with an annoyance. We kept leaving little notes for the people close to us, and they kept disappearing. A text gets buried under group chats. A sticky note falls off the fridge. A note in a notes app gets lost between shopping lists and passwords.

We wanted a place where the small things sit together and stay visible. That is the whole idea behind Lovie.

The problem with notes

A note only works if you see it. The notes that matter are rarely long. They are tiny: running late, text me when you get home, coffee is ready, good luck today. They are quick to write and easy to forget.

So we built around two rules. The note should be effortless to leave, and it should be hard to miss.

What we made

Lovie is a shared board for two people. Notes, sketches, and plans live in one calm place. You can pin the important things, and your notes can show up outside the app as well, so they reach you even when you are not thinking about an app.

There is no feed, no follower count, and nothing to perform for. It is just your shared corner, kept close.

Who it is for

Lovie is for friends and couples: best friends, childhood friends, roommates, partners, and favorite people you only see a few times a year. If you have one person you want to stay close to, Lovie is for you.
